Form not on "my forms"

I create forms but they do not show up on "my forms"

If I do a search, I can find the form, but shouldn't it just show up on my forms?

I was able to see it on your "My Forms" page. Could you try clearing you browser's cache by following the guide on this link http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
