I did not sign up for a premium account and would like to downgrade my account to "free." I am not using more than 100 submissions and do not need a premium account.
I would appreciate information as to how to resolve this problem myself. Otherwise, I will be contacting you directly.

Well, JotForm can go by a monthly or yearly plan (or just monthly as I only use free and don't know) for payment, so you could wait and see if it charges you next month. If it does, I would contact them. If not, let it go or ask if you can get some sort of refund.

Caddylakecamp, did I understand you correctly? You did NOT sign up for a premium account and yet you have one?

Your JotForm subscription is now canceled. You will not be changed again. Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires.
