ok, so I have a few questions:

    1. How do I disable PayPal integration? I don't want to use PayPal as I don't want to be charged the fees but without these details the form submits are sitting in the incomplete payment folder.

    2. I have not collected any money but have an email saying I am over the payment collection quota for the free forms - is this based on orders placed rather than payments made?

    3. If I have to set up PayPal how can I get it to calculate so the buyer pays the fees?

    1. How do I disable PayPal integration? I don't want to use PayPal as I don't want to be charged the fees but without these details the form submits are sitting in the incomplete payment folder.

Please note that when the form is submitted, users are redirected to PayPal checkout page. If user do not settle the payment, that submission is added to incomplete payments list.

If you do not want PayPal integration in form, you will have to delete the PayPal payment tool from your form and then add "Purchase Order" tool. When you add purchase order tool, all products of PayPal tool will be automatically added in purchase order tool. Please check the screenshot below:

    2. I have not collected any money but have an email saying I am over the payment collection quota for the free forms - is this based on orders placed rather than payments made?

If you manually complete a submission from incomplete payments section, that will be counted as a valid payment submission. Since free account only allows you to receive 1 payment submission and you have already received 4 payment submission, that is the reason why you have received warning email.

    3. If I have to set up PayPal how can I get it to calculate so the buyer pays the fees?

I am not sure if I have understood your requirement correctly. Please note that when user select the product, amount will be displayed in total. Please explain your question a bit more in detail and we will surely help you.

We will wait for your response.

**These were test emails. Is there anyway of resetting this?

For now, I have reset reset your account submission counter to zero. Please note that we can do this just once per account. If this issue happens again, we will not be able to help you. You will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of next month when the submission counters are reset.

If I change to a purchase order format per number 1 will this be an issue? The warning email said my form will be deleted (or something) from wednesday unless I update.

If you change your form's payment tool to purchase order tool, the submission which you would receive will not be counted as payment submissions.
