Why our application form is not visible in the website?

    We have been working with this form the last 4 years. But Yesterday the form is not open in the website.

    I checked your website and I see that the form is not showing. So please try re-embedding it by using the below iFrame code:

    Now we can see it. But the botton of the aplicattion is not visible in Phones. We can see in Mac because I have take away one line of the apllication. PLease let me know what we can do in order to see the aplication complete in all the devices.

    Please try inserting the below CSS code to your Custom CSS field:

    @media only screen and (max-device-width : 950px) { 

      iframe#JotFormIFrame-50543604904350 {

        height:3000px!important;

      }

    }

    And see if that fixes the issue on mobile devices.

    Thank you, 

    Now, the form is visible in Mc and Ipnohe, But in Iphone when you send the form appears an error and it is not possible to send it.

    I was able to submit the form in Iphone as well. I would recommend to change the background color a little bit, so the user can notice which one is a required field.

    If you don't fill all the required fields it will show an error.

    Now the problems is in just in some computers. Do you think that it is better to do a new form or you can send another help.
