Hello, I've created a step-form, I see the email notification that the system send to me when a customer send a form, of this email I need to see the HTML code inside because we have our company software that inspect the code to send different .pdf document based on the customer choices put in the form.
If I click with the right mouse button inside the email does not appear the option "view page source". Why?
Can you help me? I have to subscribe a silver plan, all is ok, I need only to fix this problem before make purchase.
Thank you in advance for your Kindly support.

As per the screenshot provided, it looks like that you are using Outlook. I understand that the view source code option is not displaying for the email notification sent by the form. I have checked with our colleague who has Outlook 2016 installed and see that the view source code option is not displaying for other emails also. However, as I check for this option in the browser view which seems to be working fine. Could you check if that works for you? Also, please check if the view source option is displaying on other emails received on Outlook.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
