Our employees are having issues completing their form. They can enter their name, click next and then enter their email. But after that it is just saying "please wait" and goes no further.

May I suggest checking your firewall settings and try turning it off and do a submit test and clear your browser cache.
Also, if you have embedded your form can you give us the link to check it?

Sorry about that. It was related to the recent update.
I cleared your form cache, that seems to have fixed it.
Please try it again.

Hello chartwayfcu,
To clear form cache you can go to you myaccount
then settings
scroll down until you find Form Caches and click Clear Cache.
