Email template: not automatically matching form

    Anytime I edit a jot form, the auto template fields on email notice are not matching my changes. 

    I'm having to make a new email template anytime I make changes to my jot form.

    This is happening to ALL my jot forms.

    I use jot form with when serving my clients.  These technical errors are unacceptable

    Please do a global fix on this.

    Please let me know what you intend to do about this.

    You need to provide a label for each field. You are missing a couple of your labels:

    If you don't provide a label, the system will think the entries are incomplete and remove them.
