Why my Sub-User can't download uploads?

    The Sub-User of our forms is getting this message when attempting to follow the procedure for “Downloading All Uploads” – how can I edit her permissions to enable her to do this at the same time she is also retrieving all the form submissions?
    "You are the sub-user of the form, therefore you are not allowed to make this request."
    PLEASE NOTE: I don't want to give full form editing rights to the co-users, but rather just the ability to view and download the uploads at the same time they are viewing and managing all the form submissions.

    UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered. 

     If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    If you are the form owner, please check from your account settings if "Require login to view uploaded files" is checked or not.

    If it is checked, then uncheck it and try again.

    Hello – Yes, I am the Form Owner and account coordinator.
    I have followed your instructions and made sure the box is unchecked, and then refreshed my browser. Then logged in as the Sub-User, and still am getting the message that “Download All Uploads” is not available to the Sub-User.

    I've tried this with same settings but I'm unable to reproduce. Can you please share the email address and the form in question so we can further check?
