My client cannot complete the Client Feedback form I have created. It will not let him go past entering the email. When I try it on my own, it works fine.
What do you think is the issue?

Sorry for the inconvenience, kindly clear your form cache.
Go to your myaccount/settings.
scroll down until you find Form Caches and click Clear Caches.
Please let us know it the issue remains.
