Changing form name in email notification

Hi 

I copied an existing for and made edits. I named my form Mira Spice Table Reservation Form yet when I receive a test email it still shows the name of the form I copied.

Where did I err?

Since it is a cloned form, it is possible that the email notification was not updated. The solution is to update it manually or re-create the notification.

I suggest you manually change it in the Email Editor. Please refer to this guide: How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders.
