How can we return to using the former JotForm template for our forms?

As we've created new forms/cloned forms in the past week or so, we've noticed that they are being created in a new format (see link below). Was this change communicated at any point? How can we go back to using the old format and will there be a point when this is no longer possible?

Hi Kayla,

You must be referring to the new Form Layout of the form. The cloned form must be using the new form layout "Single Question in One Page" mode, and you wanted to use the classic layout mode "All Question in One Page"

To do that in the Form Builder, click on SETTINGS / Form Settings / click on Show More button... / look for Form Layout at the bottom.

Set the Form Layout to use "All Question in One Page" mode.

May I suggest a optional method. If you go to your My Account, settings tab, you will see a new option, Form Layout: you can switch back to the legacy format by selecting:

All Questions in One Page

After doing this all clones or new forms will use the old layout.
