We could not locate any subscription being paid under your email address "email@example.com", however, there is an account registered under an email address with the same domain "@knowndistro.com":
Email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
A $390 Silver yearly subscription recently renewed on Dec 15, 2017. Is that the charge you are referring to? If that is correct, could you provide us the last four digits of the credit card on file, they type of credit card, and a screenshot of a bank statement where is shows the recent charge? In this way, we will verify that you are the owner of the CC in order to process the refund.
