I am not able to login to my account.

    Hello,


    I was in the middle of creating a form and the app just logged me out involuntarily!

    When I tried to login back in it keeps saying "auto-suspended"!


    Please advise...

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. As your form "SSL Installation Form" has fields like "Cpanel Username & Cpanel Password" which makes it suspected of being used for phishing.

    Authentication form can't be used in JotForm and creating such forms are against the Terms of Use. I have deleted the password field and activated your account again.

    Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.
