I use jotform for SO MUCH, and I wouldn't be able to operate without it. Unfortunately, my forms have been extremely glitchy and I may need to go elsewhere if it can't be resolved.
I use form collapse for most of my forms. The forms I created long ago have worked and still work great. However, the forms I have created as of late are not working. The problem seems to be during loading of the form. Occasionally, the forms load properly, but at least 75% of the time the form will half load or become non-clickable. i.e. the collapse buttons won't work. The problem is usually resolved by refreshing the page. However, this is not acceptable for my customers. I cannot expect them to assume they should refresh and it would be extremely unproffesional to have a message on the page telling them to refresh if the page doesnt work.
I would send you a link to see what I mean, but I had to do something to fix the problem. I tediously transformed all of my forms to use radio buttons with ENDLESS amounts of conditions to show only the content pertinent to the selected radio button. This is not ideal for several reason, but at least it worked FOR A WHILE!!!! Now I am having load problems with radio buttons. About 50% of the time it loads my page without conditions, making the radio buttons completely useless and showing all content at once. This also is usually resolved by refreshing the page.
I have done all of the troubleshooting I can think of:
-Embedding on different sites
-Using different internet sources
-images vs. no images
-iframe vs. embed
-using different computers

First of all, I would like to apologies for the inconveniences caused. We will try to do our best to investigate and eliminate the problems you are referring to.
I think that Aytekin is not available at this moment, but we support members are here to help. Anyway, we need more information to proceed with the investigation in this matter.
Please share the links to the web pages with problematic forms. Then, we will check them from different locations and browsers.
Thank you for cooperation.

I read on another forum that you guys have been having problems with your embed codes, and to try using iframes instead. I am in the process of testing this. If the problem persists I will send links.
