Enable "Edit Submission Link" to link to a certain direction based on user input

    Hi JotForm,

I have a form, which has 3 pages which page 1 is an option page: depending on what is selected, it will take you to Page 2 or 3.

When the form is submitted and I want to edit it, it will take me to page 1, with the option (radio button) already filled. Therefore I have to select the other option, which will automatically take me to the other page, press back to page 1, then select the correct option, to get to the correct page and filled in options.

Is there a way to change the edit link to point to either page 2 or 3 or unselect the option after the submission so when i click on the edit link to page 1, i can select the correct option to the right page.

I hope this makes sense Form -  https://form.jotformeu.com/72694126923361

    Thanks

Apologies for the delay and thank you for your patience. I finally got a work around for your solution by use of custom url for the form you are filling.

What we are doing first is using the radio buttons used to select which page to display. We then added a calculation Tex box which picks the value of either choice made.

Based on this calculation we added the extension to our URL. So Ideally our url looks like this https://www.jotform.com/edit/3900271524403590403?jumpToPage=2 for second page and https://www.jotform.com/edit/3900271524403590403?jumpToPage=3 for third page.

Below is the form with the above changes. I have also enable notification to be sent based on the page user has selected as initially it was only going to a user only if they chose the first page.

kindly feel free to clone an use the form

    Hi Trevon,
Apologise for the delay. This still doesn't work. It still bring me to the
"Whoops! Unfortnately..... could not be found". I can see in the URL the
Submission ID and jumptopage=3 or 2, is correct but I still get this error.
    Can you please assist further?

I have tested the form I shared and I could not replicate the issue on my end. Would you kindly confirm you are using an existing submissions ID as seen in the submissions page?

    Hi Trevon,
I can confirm I used the one which you created. I can see the issue, When I
receive the submission via email and i click on the edit link, it takes me
    to:
    https://*form.jotformeu.com *
    /edit/3974375782428862198?jumpToPage=3
    Instead of:
    https://*www.jotform.com *
    /edit/3974375782428862198?jumpToPage=3
I highlighted the issue, are you able to suggest how to rectify this?

    Hi Trevon,
I submitted 2 forms via the link above but received no notification to test
the edit submission link. So I cloned the form, submitted a form, received
the notification and when I clicked on the Edit Submission link it takes me
to the same Whoops page and the wrong URL link.
    Any further solutions?

I have cloned my colleagues form, too. After the cloning, could you just change the edit submission's URL from https://form.jotformeu.com/edit/%7Bid%7D?jumpToPage=3 to https://jotform.com/edit/%7Bid%7D?jumpToPage=3  on your e-mails?

    This should solve the issue.

Enable Edit Submission Link to link to a certain direction based on user input Image 10

You can see the result here:

Enable Edit Submission Link to link to a certain direction based on user input Image 21

    I hope this helps.
