Why my form not working on mobile app published in facebook?

Hi there,

I have recently finished up a form I created. I published it on facebook and it worked great but then I tried to link it to a mobile app I have, so my customers can also use it on their mobile, but it turns out it doesn't work as good as with the facebook interface.

Basically it loads up fine but then when users scroll down and try to select something from it, the screens flies back up to the top leaving the customers unable to select anything.

I know it must be something small that I'm doing wrong but I cant seem to figure it out and I would appreciate if you could give me a hand.

Sorry for the problem you are having.

I have checked your form from my mobile and I was not able to reproduce the issue that your users are facing.

Can you provide us the facebook link where the form has been published so we can check that?

Did you use Facebook Page Tabs option to add your form? Please note that the Facebook Page Tabs are not supported on Facebook's Mobile apps (iOS/Windows Mobile/Android).  It's not something we imposed, it's just something Facebook hasn't deployed yet.

As a workaround you can try to add your form to Facebook with the Custom iFrame App:

Hi Joana,

the form isn’t actually working properly in Facebook, but I have an app separate to Facebook where I put the link for the form and it is there where it doesn’t work and don’t know what to do now!

Which embed method are you using? 

I would recommend you to try using the iFrame code to avoid any conflicts between the form's code and the code on your app: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code 

Please also note that JotForm forms have been developed to work on web environments so you should make sure that you app supports HTML code or that there will not be any conflicts between both ends codes. 

If the problem persists, you may need to display the link to your form only and redirect your users from your app.
