Move all fields: how to add an opening page with instructions

    I wasn't ready to have an opening page when form was first created.  Now, it won't let me add a page at the beginning? Please help!

    1. If you press CTRL then click on any field on your form a menu will show.

    2. Click on select all

    3. Then drag all your fields down to page 2.

    Now you have space on page 1 for your opening.
