Problems with Adobe E-Sign to Authenticate

    I have several forms that use the Adobe E-Sign that work perfectly.  However a new form "Starter Packet ...j#13g" will not allow me to authenticate the connection.  I have successfully logged into my adobe account many times - but it never finalizes it in the form.  I have removed it & tried again - but always the same problem.  I have looked at it from the Adobe side - but it has Jotform approved as a "access Token" since last Feb in my account settings.

    Please help!!!

    Your form does not have the Adobe E-Sign widget. I saw that you are now using the E-Signature widget. 

    I also tested the Adobe E-Sign with our test account on my cloned form and it is working properly.

    Please try to authenticate the widget again. You can also try to log out from both accounts (JotForm and Adobe), clear the browser cache, log in to both accounts and try again to authenticate.
