Hi
I did not realise that our account was set up for auto renewal and a payment has recently gone out to cover another year's renewal. I did receive an email reminding me that this would happen to give me a chance to change it.
I did not want to renew the subscription - are you able to cancel it and refund it for me please?

Your subscription has been cancelled, and last payment refunded. Your account is back to free status. Open a new thread if you need anything else, we will be glad to assist you.
