I have a form that is coming up as being in "restore mode" when clicked on. I am wondering how to fix this and prevent it from happening in the future.

I have checked your account, that's why your form is in Restore mode because your account has been flagged as dormant.You didn't login for a long time which is why your status is dormant.
I have now activated your account,and your forms should be working fine again.
