Can I put html on my form so I can display an option for the form user?

If not, you should make it available.

Also, can I add an "image" to my form (in the form, not a logo)?

    Thanks

You can use  the TEXT Form Element  to add html codes within your form.

or you can also use the Form's full source code. Here is a user guide.How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

With this, you can fully customize the form to match your html codes.

Yes, you can add an image to the form, either by using the TEXT Form element or using the Image  Element.
