    The form works everywhere except on IE8 / IE9.

    It appears behind the flash site.

    @everzen

    In your page style, can you try changing the z-index values of the following to like this...

    }
      #flash {
      z-index:99999;
      }
      #menu {
      z-index:0;!important

    }

    I know you cannot apply the z-index in the form's parameters but worth a try if you do this.

    Please inform us of the result.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    You should also update your flash script not only the noscript code.

    Replace your flash script to this:

    <script type="text/javascript">

    AC_FL_RunContent( 'codebase','http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=9,0,28,0','width','900','height','620','src','wtm_main2','quality','high','pluginspage','http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash','movie','wtm_main2','wmode','opaque' ); //end AC code

    </script>

    This should work. Thanks!

    If you're having trouble copying the codes above, you can get it here: http://pastie.org/4794712

    Thanks!

    Okay, the solution was to delete the flash file and embed it using a Dreamweaver CS6's generated code which seems to have fixed the problem.

    <object id="FlashID" classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" width="900" height="620">

          <param name="movie" value="wtm_main.swf" />

          <param name="quality" value="high" />

          <param name="wmode" value="opaque" />

          <param name="swfversion" value="9.0.45.0" />

          <!-- This param tag prompts users with Flash Player 6.0 r65 and higher to download the latest version of Flash Player. Delete it if you don’t want users to see the prompt. -->

          <param name="expressinstall" value="Scripts/expressInstall.swf" />

          <!-- Next object tag is for non-IE browsers. So hide it from IE using IECC. -->

          <!--[if !IE]>-->

          <object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="wtm_main.swf" width="900" height="620">

            <!--<![endif]-->

            <param name="quality" value="high" />

            <param name="wmode" value="opaque" />

            <param name="swfversion" value="9.0.45.0" />

            <param name="expressinstall" value="Scripts/expressInstall.swf" />

            <!-- The browser displays the following alternative content for users with Flash Player 6.0 and older. -->

            <div>

              <h4>Content on this page requires a newer version of Adobe Flash Player.</h4>

              <p><a target="_blank" href="http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer" rel="nofollow noopener"><img src="//www.adobe.com/images/shared/download_buttons/get_flash_player.gif" alt="Get Adobe Flash player" width="112" height="33" /></a></p>

            </div>

            <!--[if !IE]>-->

          </object>

          <!--<![endif]-->

        </object>
