I need to publish the link today.

When I published my form, link came up with my Preview Form test input data all ready (embedded) on the form. Data entry points are supposed to be blank, of course.

    Please advise the correction ASAP.

Additional Problem:  when I now try Preview Form, it only shows 1 of the 22 pages on the form.

    1. Test data saved

Firstly, you have autofill enabled on your form. This allows you to continue where you left off in the event that you might loose your connectivity to Jotform for example.

    You can safely disable this.

    2. Preview issue

I was unable to reproduce this error. I can step through the slides on preview one by one like it should. You say there is 21 slides. But I see 62 slides for this form. Are you referring to a different form now?
