Form submissions suddenly not sending to my email

    Someone contacted me and said I was on the bounce list but have been removed. I tried again but nothing has changed.

    What is the form in which you have not been receiving email notification for? Please make sure to check your spam folder, if you find the notifications there, mark them as NOT SPAM. In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider to avoid bouncing issues: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains

    I believe its all of them at this point. Nothing is going to spam.

    If the emails are not in the spam folder, please contact your email provider like my colleague suggested on your other thread.
