That happened because you bought a monthly plan. Our current end of year discount is for yearly or bi-yearly plans:
If you still want to take advantage of it, we need to cancel and refund your last payment and then you will be able to do so.

I have placed your account back to the Bronze Monthly plan. However, as for the refund, it will be applied as a credit on your next month's bill. The amount that will be taken off the $19.00 Bronze Monthly plan is $12.20.
