What is the daily "down time" of forms?

We are building a web-based business that incorporates several of your forms.

One of the forms is linked to a Google spreadsheet which act as our customer database. During testing we have found that sometimes the form data populates the spreadsheet and sometimes it does not.

We have other forms that are for our internal use to generate emails to our customers. During testing we have found that sometimes these forms will not open. When we come to jotform.com for these forms and click Embed, the page "thinks" and never stopped.

Is this due to server maintenance. If so, are there dedicated times so we can plan our operations appropriately?

    Thanks for your time.

Due to database maintenance and migration to a powerful servers cloud, we have been experiencing some lags in some domains.

I might suggest you to log into your Jotform account through  www.jotformpro.com , remove the google integration for that form rebuild it and see if this  solves the issue?
