How to update the admin of my account?

    I am currently the administrator of Jotform for our company. The person who was administrator, Darlene Glasgow, is no longer employed with our company. I do not see where to update this admin information on your site. I need access to all of our Jotform activity. Kristy Carr

    Do you want to change the details of account "KristyCarr"? The profile email address of this account is You seems to be already logged in to this account and you should have access to all forms. 

    Do you have any other account which managed by Darlene Glasgow? Please let us know the account username or the account profile email address and we will take a look. Alternatively you can also let us know any of your form ID and we will trace your other account. 

    I did check your account and found that you have added a sub-user account and shared forms with You add/remove sub-users from your account "User" page. Please check the screenshot below:

    I have checked and there seems to be no account linked to the email you have shared. Would you kindly share one of your forms under the account so that we can track it back to the account that owns the form.
