    Why does my password fail at every login - despite resetting?

    At this stage I have a free account with JotForm. I am pleased with what I have found so far and would like to continue. But there is one annoying point. Everytime I try to login using my carefully noted password from the previous login - I get a message saying:

    Google. 404. That’s an error.

    The requested URL /url was not found on this server. That’s all we know.

    So then I have to click on 'password forgotten' reset my password, login successgfully. make a careful note of the new password and think 'that's sorted'.

     

    But the next time I try to login with the new password - I get that same message. And round we go. Why is this happening. Is it because I have a free account perhaps?

    Hi Peter,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. I think this issue is not on JotForm. It seems that the problem is on Google side. You should contact them regarding on this issue. You can find related issue via this link.
