Form not updating and crashing on iPad mini

In testing out my form on an iPad mini, I'm discovered that it crashed whenever it encountered a section divider.  I deleted the section dividers and was able to reach the end of the form.  The form can be processed to the end but when the review and submit button is selected it crashes.

Additionally, I noticed that the changes I make to the form from my desktop computer are not reflected on the form viewed from the iPad.

It seems that there is nothing wrong on your form. Did you try using other browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome in your iPad Mini ?

I also noticed that you are using the New Form Layout which doesn't have section dividers anymore.

    Hi, Marvih.

I apologize for miscommunicating. They were Section Headers not dividers.  I did try switching browsers. I was using Safari, then tried Google Chrome.  Any other ideas?

Let me check first if I can replicate the issue on the form I cloned from you. I will get back to you after some tests.

    Thank you.

I am not able to replicate the issue on my end. I tested it using an emulator of iPad Mini on the form I cloned from you with a Section Header added and it was working correctly.

Did you embed your form to your website ? Please check the form I cloned and see if it still crashes on your iPad Mini https://form.jotform.com/73555473355968

I have cleared your form caches for now.

    Hi, Marvih.

Thanks for your help in responding to my questions.  Is it possible that clearing the form caches could have stopped the form from crashing?  I'm curious about this because the crash issues have been resolved. If so, will this need to be done periodically and is it something that I can learn how to do?

Yes sometimes clearing form cache fix the issue. You can do this on your own by going to your Account Settings after that click the "Clear Cache" button.
