    Ive tried in chrome and firefox.

    Ive reset my password.

    No luck. Is the system down?

    Upon review of your account it was found that form:

    http://www.jotform.us/form/73555179684168 is collecting social security numbers.

    Such collection is prohibited under ourTerms of use

    But it is allowed only if you add a signature widget in order for your customers to acknolwedge the collection of such information.

    Please refer to the link below:

    We have cleansed your form and reactivated your account. Please add first the widget then proceed to request the information in order for the system to recognize it is a valid collection.

    Allow 30 minutes for the system to reset and be able to recognize your login.

    Ok that would have been nice to know as I was entering that field. Completely locking me out of the system without any warning was a pretty frustrating experience.
    I’m going to cancel my subscription.
    You need to find a better way of making that “violation of terms” more prominent, you need to give clients an opportunity to change it before locking them out of their own account.

    We apologize for the inconvenience but your account was auto suspended by the automated Phishing Detector and your form was created today.

    Free accounts are suspended immediately whereas the Paid accounts are given email warning of the violation of Terms. It is an extra feature  for paid users.
