Redirect form submissions pdf file to sharefile.com

My question is about this form: https://form.jotform.com/73256032768157

This form will contain protected health information when completed; rather than having "submit" send an email to recipients, I'd like the action on submit to send a PDF of the form to a secure upload portal...is that even remotely possible?

This is where I want the form to upload submissions: https://woodhavenrc.sharefile.com/app/#/share/upload/r773a39809134b9da

Thanks so much for your help!!

    Thank you for contacting us.

Upon the form submission, it is possible to automatically generate a submission PDF download link and send that link to the custom URL (script). So, if your custom script can download the file by provided link and somehow upload it to the sharefile.com system, your workflow might be possible. You may consult with the sharefile.com support to find out if this is something that can be implemented.

We can explain how to generate the submission PDF download link. However, please note that we do not offer development services. You may check a https://www.upwork.com platform to hire someone who can help you with the script/implementation.

I probably should have asked this up front...is there another/simpler way to make sure the data in form submissions is encrypted (3rd party or otherwise)?  Otherwise I'll take the explanation for how to generate the submission PDF download link and look into the upwork link you provided for support as needed.

    Thanks

The other way you can have PDF sent from Jotform through an encrypted channel you can use our existing integration like Google drive or Dropbox then you can run your own integration to fetch these files to your sharefile.com account if this is supported by these platforms. Below is how you can integrate Jotform with Google Drive and Dropbox platform.

On generation below is a guide on how to attache PDF to email notifications:

I would like to add that we do support encrypted forms. With the encrypted form, the submission data will be stored in an encrypted format.

Please take a look at the next guide:

Encrypted Forms and How to Use Them

Note that some of the features are not supported on the encrypted forms:

    - PDF Downloads.
    - Excel, CSV and other reports.
    - Email autoresponders.
    - File uploads are not encrypted.

That’s a really, really useful option. That’s probably the way I’ll go. Thank you so much for taking the extra effort to send it to me!
    Thanks!
