How do I make this happen? My jotform is for camper registration, so I need all of the info from the form that is filled out to go into a specific database based on the week that they choose. How do I make that happen? Thank you for your help!

You can integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet.
However, when the form is submitted all data will be sent to the spreadsheet. It is not possible to send the data to a different spreadsheet based on the users answer e.g. week that was chosen.
You can also filter your submissions based on the selected week and download your data as an Excel file.
