Using the App on my phone

Hi there,

I would like to have my employees download the JotForm app and when they open the app it displays the form I want them to fill out. Is that possible? Or is the only way to access the form by embedding on a website or sending them a URL link? I just don't want to have to email them the link every time. I want them to just open the app, login and fill out the form and hit submit.

when I open the app now, it just displays all the submissions not the actual form...

Unfortunately the App for Jotform is built for form owners only. It is used to manage the forms on your account.

Here are some of the features:

- Get instant notifications when there is a new submission,

- Browse your recently received web form submissions easily,

- Browse submissions on each web form,

- Search inside your existing form submissions,

- Reply or Forward your submissions right from your iPhone.

You can search the internet for applications that turns your Jotform forms into an APP, but we do not support it in-case there are some functions which wont work correctly inside the APP.
