HI
I recently requested to downgrade my account as I was told by support that a free account would be sufficient for me.
I'm not sure if the account actually was downgraded.
I have just discovered one of my forms has stopped working on car-financeplymouth.co.uk saying it is over quota
So I have just paid for bronze membership - please could you ensure my form on this site and my other forms are now working

I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. Your older subscription was cancelled and your account was downgraded to free plan on Dec 20, 2017. That could be the reason why your account was over quota.
It seems you have already upgraded your account to bronze monthly plan and your account is in good shape currently. All your forms are back online and it should work as expected.
Do test your form again and get back to us if you have any trouble.
