My form is dissapearing in breakpoints

    Hi Jotforms,

    My form shows up on the full width view but when i check it in other breakpoints the form disapears online. How do i fix this?

    I checked the page URL you provided and I was not able to see embedded JotForm. Could you please share the correct URL where the form is embedded so we can investigate it further?
