Why is the form showing filled out fields that I haven't input?

    Dear Sir,

    Please help to take a look of the form as below ,there have so number in the filling filed that i have not input, beside, i reset and do anything, it have not change, thanks for your kind atention, and look forward o hear from you,

    Hello Bowie - You're probably referring to the data you see on your form when you load it. Keep in mind you're the only one seeing this because you enabled the CONTINUE FORMS LATER feature.

    This is also called as AUTOFILL and it automatically fills out the fields you already filled out on the form. This is only saved from your perspective because it's saved on your browser.

    To clear the confusion, you can either clear your browser's cache and cookies, or just disable CONTINUE FORMS LATER if you won't be using it.
