Create a Scale Rating Slider Widget.

I am trying to reproduce something like the attached image.

A simple gauge/slider. I have tried all of the widgets available but can't find something simple that is not all about calulations.

I believe that you have already checked the Slider widgets we have: https://widgets.jotform.com/search/slider 

Unfortunately, we do not have a "Scale Slide Rating" widget type. I have forwarded this request to our widgets team. You will be notified via this thread if this gets implemented.
