This form
https://www.jotform.com/build/73577684784174
https://form.jotform.com/73577684784174
Field: Your display name
Validation is AlphaNumeric
But when I tried to enter a09 on the form, I get an error message, “this field can only contain letters”
Actually, the field accepts numbers when I try here:
https://form.jotform.com/73577684784174
But it does not accept numbers in the embedded form on this page:
https://fanatics-books.myshopify.com/pages/used-book-exchange
Help, please
Thanks
Robert

I tested your embedded form but I am no able to replicate the issue you reported. The validation of the field 'Your display name' is working properly on my end.
Were you able to resolve this issue?
If not please test your embedded form is some other browser or in incognito mode.
