Getting users to confirm submission

We created this form for students to list items for sale on our site:

We want to send them an email and have them confirm their listing, so we know they provided a real email address.

I figured out how to do auto-responders. That works fine.

I have a message at the bottom of the form, which says:

"We will email a confirmation. Your listing will go live within 12 hours after you confirm."

However, I cannot actually figure out how to do that. We want the autoresponder to have a link that they have to click to confirm receipt of the email (and of their listing), and their doing so should add a 'yes' to a field called 'Confirmed' in the submission (which would also appear when we download a CSV of submissions).

    How do we do that?

If you want to make sure that your users provided their correct email address, you can add E-mail Validator widget to your form.

Another way is to send them the edit link of their submission via an Autoresponder email. You can set a conditional logic on the form to show an additional confirmation field (checkbox field) when the submission is edited, that they will have to check.
