    Can we create a form for our customers to upload 60 second video clips? If so, what formats and what size limitations are there in using JotForm?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Yes, that's possible with JotForm. All you have to do is add an upload field to your form and set its allowed file extensions and max file size. Example:

    Hope this helps. Thanks!

    Hi,

    I have the same question but am unable to see the example from the answer above. It looks like the image isn't downloading correctly for me.

    Can you let me know what file extensions I should put to allow video files?

    Thanks!

    Q safeintersections

    Well there are a lot of file format for videos like .mp4, .wm, .wmv, .asf, .mov, .avi and lot many.

    Please check your file format and add that in the upload field >> Extension property.

    Please refer the image below:

    You can also put the asterisk * into Extensions option to allow all the file extensions.

    @Safeintersections,

    For example, you can allow the following list of common video formats:

    mpeg, mpg, mpe, avi, mov, qt, wmv, rm, mp4, 3gp, mkv, flv

    Also, it is most probably that you will need to increase the Max File Size. For example, 102400 value = 100MB.

    Thank you.
