    Hi there,

I converted my Jotform to a fillable PDF and it appears correctly on my pc, however, when I open it on the ipad, it is not fillable.

    Can you please help?

    Thanks!

    Lauren

I tried your form in Ipad Pro and in my case it was working fine. Are you using Safari browser or another one? And is your form not working in a specific case or specific element?

Please let us know so we can fix the issue. Thank you!

I was trying to open it as a pdf that could be filled out offline and
    submitted later.
When we just use the online form, it has been problematic due to spotty
    wi-fi in service locations.

Can you please tell me what application are you using to open the PDF file?

If you are not using Adobe Acrobat Reader, I recommend it. Here is a link to download it to your iPad: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/adobe-acrobat-reader-view-create-convert-pdfs/id469337564?mt=8

I see that you have fields like Date, Time, Signature, which are validated. Even if the PDF is editable on your iPad, you need to be careful with the formatting.
