downgraded and lost old forms

Is there any way I can get the old forms back that were in my account before I downgraded?

Forms that are saved in your account won't be deleted even if you downgrade your subscription. You just need to disables some forms, and enable those forms that you need within your limits.

May we know what forms are missing?

I did find them - they weren't there right away but when I went back to forms they showed up, thanks
