Billing question.

    Hello, i am needing to upgrade our account but am not sure if we need the silver or gold package. If I upgrade to the silver, but then find out we need the gold because we maxed out our form submissions. Will we just pay the difference for the upgrade at a prorated amount?

    Correct, the system will charge a prorated amount. If not, we will manually refund any credit. Let us know if you have more questions.
