Adobe sign widget is blank on my form

The Adobe Sign widget is missing from my form. The widget is available when editing the form. The widget is authenticated, so I am not sure why it is not appearing in my form. Thanks in advance for your help!

The issue was occurring because you didn't have a submit button on your form. I have added the submit button and now the Adobe Sign widget it's working properly.
