I'm not sure if I understood your question, but it seems like you're referring to share your forms link via email and then receive your responses via email, please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. 

If I'm correct, then you may simply share your form via email and you will start to receive email notifications (if they are configured) as soon as your users start to submit your form.
