EMAIL PRINTING GAP

I have a huge gap on my actual submission when I go to print. It prints 3 pages versus just 1 like before. There is no content and still has a huge gap. We did not use to have this gap. can you please set the codes to duplicate other order form email notification settings. 

I check the "Print" preview on your submissions page and it is generating the pages correctly. On the example image below it has only 1 page same in the Print preview.

Do you also have the same Print preview and still prints 3 pages ?.

You need to manually copy the source code from your Email notifications, but it would cause a problem since the field names won't be the same.
