How to apply the 50% discount to my current plan?

Hi all, last year I used a 50% discount on my plan. Now I'm ready to pay another year in advance but I'd like to apply the 50% discount I received in my email, how can i do this? I'm a Bronze comsumer and I'd like to stay that way, but the discount looks like it's included only in the Silver or Gold package. Thank you.

You can take advantage of 50% discount on Bronze plan only if we downgrade your plan to Free. That is the only way to see the Bronze discounted (since you're on that plan now).

If you want to do that, just let us know and we will do the necessary adjustments immediately.

Yeah, ok, if I get it correctly that should work; that is, as long as I don't lose my forms (so, they may be deactivated for some hours, but they are reactivated instantly when I re-upgrade) I'm ok with that and you may proceed to downgrade the account and I'll re-upgrade it, benefiting from the discount. 

Upon your request, I have gone ahead and cancelled your bronze yearly subscription plan. Your account is also downgraded to free plan.
