Dont seem to be getting notifications

    Hi wondered if you could just have a quick look at my health website and check the form is installed correctly, dont seem to be getting any notifications thanks

    I checked your form, and the notification is well setup. Please check your spam folder, and if you find the notifications there, make sure to mark them as NOT SPAM. In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
