Repeated Name Field

In my email submissions for form the name is being repeated twice (i.e John Smith John Smith)

I have cloned your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. In my case the form was working fine and the name was appearing just once. I submitted a submission please check below the image:

Maybe the user inputted the name and surname twice in the fields, this may be an explanation of that behavior.
