How to display name and surname field separately?

    Hello,

    I need to know if is possible on the "Step Form" have name and surname as a split field or have two imput field on the same tab.

    I did check your form and it seems you have added "Full Name" field which is the correct and only way to display separate fields for name and surname. Please check the screenshot below:

    Since you are using new form layout, if you add two separate fields for name and surname both will be displayed in separate page.
